- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant/Office Administration role within a professional services environment.
- Skills: Proven experience using advanced functions within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience using PowerPoint, Acrobat, and pfx Engagement is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with all levels within an organization.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines; highly detail oriented.
- Physical Demands: Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, sit for long periods of time, and use a laptop computer.
