Job Overview

We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to our Executive team. The successful candidate will possess a wealth of experience in managing a diverse array of administrative and executive support responsibilities, demonstrating the ability to operate independently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Facilitating the organization and execution of corporate events, seminars, and meetings.
  • Participating in executive meetings to document minutes and assist with the follow-up on assigned tasks.
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinating town halls and leadership gatherings.
  • Arranging travel and accommodations for the leadership team.
  • Supporting the administration of employee recognition programs.
  • Overseeing the management of event tickets for business development initiatives.
  • Ensuring the corporate office is well-maintained (inventory of supplies, organization of meeting spaces, coordination of maintenance needs, etc.).
  • Compiling and distributing reports on a regular basis.
  • Sending birthday and anniversary greetings to team members.
  • Assisting with the management of peer recognition initiatives.
  • Coordinating all mailing and delivery requirements for the corporate team.
