Position Overview

We are in search of a Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to two senior directors within our development (fundraising) team.

The Stand Together development team unites leading business professionals to tackle some of the nation's most pressing challenges through financial and strategic guidance of our innovative programs and investments.

Additionally, Stand Together's high-performing major gifts initiative enables numerous donor partners to actively engage in the programs they support, furthering our collective goals through comprehensive, year-round involvement.


In this capacity, you will align task management with organizational objectives while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, urgency, and customer-centric focus.

The development team operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment that relies heavily on effective scheduling and meeting coordination.

To excel in this position, you will take pride in recognizing and anticipating business needs, understanding that success is defined by intentionality and your ability to execute tasks with excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

Calendar Management:
Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of priorities to effectively optimize the executive's time. Manage a high volume of inquiries and requests while resolving conflicts for your team. Make informed decisions regarding time allocation and provide recommendations based on strategic priorities to ensure seamless daily operations.
General Administrative Support:

Process invoice payments, reconcile receipts and expense reports on behalf of your leaders, and arrange travel, itineraries, and logistics.

Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovate administrative processes.
Collaborate with internal and external Executive Assistants to comprehend prioritization and make necessary trade-offs.

Explore and adopt new tools and techniques to elevate the level of support and partnership the administrative team can offer.

Take ownership of and contribute to team and organizational projects and operational enhancements as required.

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

5+ years of professional experience.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and the capacity to think ahead, solve problems, engage proactively, and take initiative.

A collaborative work style; provide and receive feedback respectfully.
Ability to strategically consider the executive's time as a resource allocation.
Exhibit a high level of confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to improvise and creatively solve problems while maintaining composure.
Ability to deliver articulate and concise oral and written communications.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook (including expertise with Outlook's calendar function), and PowerPoint.
A clear understanding of and enthusiasm for Stand Together's vision.

Standout Candidates May Also Bring

Familiarity with expense reporting software, such as Concur.
Experience with Salesforce.
