Administrative Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational leaders by managing correspondence and documentation processes. This includes utilizing standardized government templates for various correspondence tasks such as formal letters, memorandums, briefing materials, meeting agendas, activity reports, and travel-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the delivery and collection of essential documents within the designated travel area.
- Ensure the efficient management of the Director's calendar, prioritizing tasks to accommodate senior management and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and virtual engagements to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including handling phone communications, managing messages, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing administrative support to high-ranking military and civilian officials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in document formatting adhering to established standards.
- Skilled in scheduling meetings and engaging with senior government officials.
- Adept at tracking multiple staff actions and assignments.
- Ability to assess tasks and delegate actions based on organizational needs.
- Possession of a TS/SCI security clearance.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
