Job Overview

RTA US, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator.

Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

Compensation: $32- $37/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of tasks including intricate calendar oversight and scheduling, adeptly prioritizing amidst a multitude of information and requests to ensure that urgent matters receive the necessary attention.
  • Oversee and track executive meetings, priorities, and communications, acting as a representative when required.
  • Handle travel arrangements, expense management, and all administrative functions for the office.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks and follow-ups for the executive, ensuring timely and appropriate actions on deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates will demonstrate the capability to manage a high volume of tasks and projects independently, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make informed, timely decisions.
  • Must exhibit a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information, along with professionalism in interactions with senior professionals.
  • A minimum of two years of college education is required.
  • Experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs) for 1-2 years is essential, along with proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Executive Calendaring or Managing Internal/External Events
