Key Responsibilities of the Junior Administrative Coordinator:

  • Acquires a comprehensive understanding of our membership base
  • Manages data within the association's CRM, including data entry, reporting, and additional tasks
  • Offers general administrative support for the department, which includes managing communication lists, coordinating billing and invoices, and preparing correspondence
  • Conducts research and addresses member inquiries
  • Provides overall member support and customer service by responding to questions, requests, and concerns
  • Assists with marketing efforts by organizing email campaigns, crafting marketing content, and distributing communications

Qualifications for the Junior Administrative Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • One to two years of relevant experience in customer service and administrative roles
  • Prior experience working with C-suite executives and senior management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Ability to follow directions and work autonomously to complete assigned tasks
  • Capable of organizing and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
