Your responsibilities will include operating from one of our exquisite model homes, spearheading all community sales initiatives, and connecting with prospective homebuyers to highlight the advantages of a new home through effective relationship management.

Utilize your outstanding interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and persuasive closing techniques to surpass sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement marketing and outreach strategies to draw in new clientele
  • Establish connections, assess needs, and present cost estimates to prospective buyers
  • Present model homes, architectural designs, and site layouts
  • Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey, clarify purchase agreements, and collaborate with the mortgage team to find optimal financing solutions that align with customer financial goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Commit to working three weekends per month to accommodate buyers, while maintaining a five-day work week with two alternating days off
Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience in commissioned sales, ideally within the homebuilding or luxury sales sector
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and receiving recognition for achievements
  • Excellent professional communication abilities
  • A four-year degree is advantageous
  • Reliable transportation for job-related activities
