Daily Responsibilities of a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant:

  • Drive business growth by selling HVAC services to residential customers.
  • Engage with potential clients, conduct home visits to assess their needs, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Utilize a goal-oriented mindset to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and technicians post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • At least 2 years of HVAC certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical capability for lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
  • Proficient in using smartphones and tablets
  • Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependability, positivity, and adaptability

Work Schedule:

  • This full-time position typically operates Monday to Friday for up to 12 hours each day.
  • Weekend availability and on-call responsibilities may be necessary.
