We have recently broadened our investment platform, facilitating experienced advisors in transitioning existing client assets that are not currently invested in Capital Group services.
Our extensive platform provides clients with access to a wide range of proprietary and non-proprietary services, including separate accounts, mutual funds, private equity, alternative strategies, and hedge funds.
In addition to core investment strategies managed by various Capital Group units, advisors can selectively engage outside managers, supported by our in-house manager research team.
You will have access to our Wealth Advisory and Client Solutions Groups, comprising seasoned professionals with expertise in areas such as accounting, taxation, estate planning, business transitions, stock options, financial and legacy planning, asset allocation, and philanthropy.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree; CFP, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management or a related field, with a proven interest in business development.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and securing new high-net-worth relationships.
- Proficient in utilizing social media and LinkedIn for professional networking.
- Ability to cultivate a robust referral network to generate business opportunities.
- Active involvement in community initiatives and charitable organizations, fostering a strong network of affluent individuals who appreciate your expertise.
The Senior Wealth Management Consultant serves as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to sophisticated high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptable to various audiences, both internal and external, are essential.
A service-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong relationships are crucial for success in this role.
Willingness to pursue additional training and licensing as required.
Capital Group adheres to state-specific regulations regarding salary disclosure for this position.
The base salary for this role is $100,000, complemented by applicable sales commissions and bonuses. Compensation may vary based on individual experience and skills.
Roles may also qualify for additional compensation and benefits.
Participation in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the program's governing rules, where awards depend on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, along with Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% contribution from Capital on your eligible earnings.
