Your Role as a Residential Sales Consultant
The Residential Sales Consultant at Lennar plays a crucial role in overseeing the new home purchasing journey from the first customer interaction to the final closing, with the goal of ensuring a satisfied and delighted customer.

This position encompasses daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, managing sale agreements, and finalizing sales in accordance with the company's business strategies.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with visitors to identify their home buying preferences, applying the company's sales philosophy.
  • Generating sales leads through community involvement, partnerships with realtors, and proactive outreach.
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, community attributes, and demographics.
  • Ensuring consistent communication with customers from initial contact through to post-closing, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Participating in sales meetings, neighborhood events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Overseeing the upkeep of Welcome Home Center models and available inventory homes.
  • Completing necessary training and engaging in community events and outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales tracking tools.
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during standard work hours is essential for this role. This position is primarily active, involving office/phone work and walking in various weather conditions and uneven surfaces to and within homesites in the community. A valid state driver's license is required to transport customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and attend various meetings as part of self-generating sales. Finger dexterity is necessary to operate computer keyboards and telephone equipment. Candidates must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
