About the Role:


Anyscale is expanding its Sales Team and is in search of a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to cultivate and manage relationships with enterprise-level clients.

This position is primarily focused on new business development, where you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing deals while addressing client needs.

The Senior Enterprise Sales Executive must possess the confidence and capability to negotiate and finalize agreements with clients while providing support to new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets for designated accounts on a quarterly and annual basis by formulating a sales strategy for the assigned territory, including a targeted prospect list and regional sales plan.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by comprehensively understanding their current and future IT strategies to promote the Anyscale solution effectively.
  • Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities to create ongoing revenue streams.
  • Organize and lead initial discussions with Executives and CxOs to position our offerings.
  • Manage the sales process and ensure successful closure of opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing account management to guarantee customer satisfaction and stimulate additional revenue opportunities.

Familiarity with a solution-oriented sales approach, experience in managing complex sales processes, and excellent presentation and listening skills are essential.

Some knowledge of the data, computing, and machine learning domains, along with the ability to engage in technical discussions on these subjects, is beneficial.

We are interested in candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive sales experience in selling software or cloud-based applications to mid-market clients.
  • Experience in machine learning, cloud, and SaaS is preferred.
  • A proven track record of driving consistent activity, developing pipelines, and achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience in identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
  • A proactive, independent mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation: At Anyscale, we adopt a market-driven approach to compensation. Our methodology is data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role ranges from $270,000 to $300,000 OTE. As market data evolves, the target salary for this position may be adjusted.
This role is also eligible for participation in Anyscale's Equity and Benefits programs, which include:
