Your Responsibilities:

  • Complete our extensive training program within the first six weeks.
  • Actively seek out residential roofing sales in neighborhoods affected by storms.
  • Successfully close sales within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with a mentor committed to your success.
  • Work alongside a team of motivated and enjoyable colleagues.
  • Manage homeowner expectations and experiences throughout the roofing process.
  • Maintain a flexible 40-hour work schedule to accommodate homeowner meetings.
  • Build and grow a significant client base.


Compensation Structure:

  • Commissions are paid out weekly.
  • Additional weekly onboarding pay during the six-week training period.
  • Unlimited earning potential.
  • Estimated first-year earnings for Sales Representatives range from $50,000 to $100,000.

Travel Opportunities:

Eligible team members may:

  • Join our Storm Response Team, where sales representatives can be deployed to branches with recent storm damage.
  • Participate in our SnowBird program, allowing team members from colder regions to work in active branches.

Your Qualifications:

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of sales experience, including door-to-door, retail, or customer service.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to climb ladders and walk on rooftops.
  • A coachable attitude and a positive mindset.
  • A strong desire to control your own earnings.
  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
