  • Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are prime sales opportunities.
  • Willingness to work outdoors with minimal desk time.

What We Offer:
  • $2,000 Sign-on Bonus to enhance your start with us.
  • $34,000 base salary paid bi-weekly, with uncapped commission potential. First-year target earnings of $68k+.

As a Residential Outside Sales Executive, you will connect individuals and communities by promoting top-tier 100% fiber optic internet services to prospective customers in designated areas through various field sales strategies.

You will have the opportunity to generate leads through direct customer interactions and follow up on leads from our marketing initiatives.


Your Responsibilities:

Engage with your community daily through:

  • In-person visits (85%),
  • Door hangers,
  • Outbound calls,
  • Email outreach,
  • Local events and fairs,
  • Distribution of marketing materials.

Focus on promoting new and existing Clearwave Fiber internet services, recommending upgrades primarily in rural regions.

Establish strong relationships and networks, becoming a trusted expert in your assigned territories.

Understand the competitive landscape and effectively communicate how Clearwave stands out as the best telecommunications choice.

Assist in organizing community events and activities that showcase Clearwave products and services.

Provide technical support to customers as necessary.

Track your activities and results using CRM software, providing regular updates to your manager.


Essential Skills:
  • Self-Motivation: Exhibit a proactive approach and eagerness to discover new opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Engage customers with excellent communication and listening abilities, alongside strong organizational skills.
  • Outdoor Work Preference: Embrace outdoor work with enthusiasm, as this role involves limited office time.
  • Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle: Maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record and access to a dependable vehicle.
  • Flexibility: Be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays, recognizing these times as key sales opportunities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Additional Information:

While prior sales experience is beneficial, we are committed to providing thorough training for candidates who show promise. A basic understanding of fiber optic broadband technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
