Job Overview

The Office Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting management with various administrative duties, which may include tasks such as procurement, data management, documentation, and more. This position requires a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, visitors, and team members.

COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this role ranges from $30 to $35, influenced by factors such as the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, previous work experience, market trends, and other pertinent considerations. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses or commissions, if applicable. This represents Aramark's reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.

If selected, the employee will be in an 'at-will position,' and Aramark retains the right to adjust base salary and any other discretionary compensation at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute administrative tasks such as mail distribution, supply ordering, answering phone calls, and welcoming visitors.

- Assist management with clerical duties related to finance, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.

- Greet clients, customers, and employees; respond to inquiries or redirect calls as necessary.

- Maintain office communications and informational postings.

- Utilize technology, systems, and software, including voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

- Previous administrative experience is preferred.

- The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

- Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, along with strong interpersonal skills.

- Frequent repetitive motions with hands and/or arms may be required.
