The Office Administration Specialist serves as the primary contact for clients and visitors, both via phone and in person.

This role also entails providing essential administrative assistance to the Housing Department.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in front office, administrative, or reception roles, ideally in a client-facing environment.

A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related discipline is preferred.

Proficient in reading and writing in standard English.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Capable of drafting various forms of communication, including memos, emails, reports, and other documents.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.

Exhibits cultural awareness and sensitivity towards individuals facing various challenges.

Ability to perform well under pressure.

Self-sufficient with minimal supervision.

Experience working with diverse ethnic groups is highly valued.

Experience in the non-profit sector is strongly preferred.

ULMS Total Compensation ** Most benefits commence on the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
Medical Coverage - $8,325 annually.
