ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in front office, administrative, or reception roles, ideally in a client-facing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficient in reading and writing in standard English.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of drafting various forms of communication, including memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adept at working independently, managing multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of audiences.
- Exhibits cultural awareness and sensitivity towards individuals facing multiple challenges.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with diverse ethnic groups is advantageous.
- Experience in the non-profit sector is highly desirable.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Medical Coverage - $8,325 annually.
