Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, HR, and administrative teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including receptionist support, HR support, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, HR, and administrative teams, including calendar management, expense reporting, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Assist the HR Director with recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Primary backup for Front Desk/Receptionist, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate company wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen area.
  • Coordinate meetings, depositions, and prepare conference rooms.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, and prepare and process outgoing packages and mail.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate repairs/maintenance, and schedule Ricoh service requests.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
What We Offer

Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP offers a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, AD&D, EAP, 401K, LTD, and STD. Full-time employees become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following hire.
