Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.


Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, technology coordination, and project management.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and team members, ensuring effective communication and coordination

Operational Oversight:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and resolve operational issues as they arise

Project Coordination:

  • Manage projects on behalf of executives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and present findings to support decision-making processes

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including contact lists, vendor information, and project documentation.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and operational metrics

Meeting Management:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and follow up on action items as needed

Communication:

  • Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other documents on behalf of executives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests, providing timely and professional responses

Office Administration:

  • Oversee general office operations, including office supplies management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and provide support with HR-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
  • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
  • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or G

ED required Compensation:
$25 - $30 hourly
