Executive Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, technology coordination, and project management.
- Act as a liaison between executives and team members, ensuring effective communication and coordination
Operational Oversight:
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and resolve operational issues as they arise
Project Coordination:
- Manage projects on behalf of executives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and present findings to support decision-making processes
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including contact lists, vendor information, and project documentation.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and operational metrics
Meeting Management:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and follow up on action items as needed
Communication:
- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other documents on behalf of executives.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests, providing timely and professional responses
Office Administration:
- Oversee general office operations, including office supplies management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and provide support with HR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or G
ED required Compensation:
$25 - $30 hourly
