Position Overview:

The Administrative Support Worker plays a vital role in facilitating the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the organization. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting management and ensuring efficient office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in various administrative duties such as ordering supplies, data entry, and filing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and greeting guests.
  • Support unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, and human resources.
  • Maintain office memos and ensure informative postings are up to date.
  • Utilize technology and software systems, including MS Office, to perform daily tasks.
Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess prior administrative experience and a strong proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail, are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $30 to $35, contingent upon individual qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may include bonuses and comprehensive health programs, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
