Position Overview

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator to assist the Billing Manager with various tasks associated with legal invoicing, accounts receivable, and collection efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting. This role is remote, and candidates can be located anywhere within California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collections Management: Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Invoice Review: Conduct thorough reviews of invoices prior to submission to ensure adherence to client-specific requirements.
  • Reduction Appeals: Evaluate deductions made by clients and assess their validity; initiate appeals when warranted.
  • Project Support: Provide assistance with various projects and tasks as directed by the Billing Manager or firm leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience with electronic billing platforms.
  • Preferred familiarity with systems such as Bottomline, TyMetrix 360, Quovant, Advocator, Counselink, Serengeti, Legal Bill Review, and Collaborati.
  • Meticulous and well-organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate strong follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Capable of working independently in a deadline-driven environment.
