  • Manage incoming billing inquiries and respond to voicemails promptly.
  • Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits efficiently.
  • Request and process authorizations as needed.
  • Accurately post payments from patients and insurance providers.
  • Conduct daily processing of patient and insurance payments.
  • Generate weekly patient statements.
  • Handle requests for refunds in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable; monitor claims and appeals status.
  • Digitally archive daily explanations of benefits to the billing system.
  • Submit secondary claims along with primary explanations of benefits.
  • Compile deposits as required.
  • Analyze reports and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Proficient use of computer systems, software applications, and 10-key calculators.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and proactive demeanor.
  • Must possess the ability to multitask and manage high volumes of work.
  • Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and dependability.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • This is a full-time position requiring in-office presence.
