The Legal Recruitment Coordinator at Fawkes IDM will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process for associates and summer associates, as well as overseeing the summer associate initiative. This position involves organizing events and activities that foster social integration and support various recruitment efforts led by the Attorney Recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the onboarding procedures for summer associates, including the assessment and processing of applications.
  • Managing the interview process, including on-campus and callback interviews.
  • Maintaining and updating the electronic system for summer associate assignments and evaluations; generating and distributing reports related to attorney recruitment, candidate interviews, and summer associate evaluations.
  • Coordinating outreach initiatives to law school students.
  • Providing support to Diversity & Inclusion, Career Counseling, Legal Personnel, and Professional Development teams as needed.
Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various databases, along with strong Internet research capabilities.

• Familiarity with recruitment principles and practices within a professional services or legal environment.

• Awareness of current regulations governing lawful recruitment processes.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of integrity.

• Willingness to work additional hours as required, including participation in Talent Development events.
