Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to clients and meet their business needs.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert recommendations to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate information.
- Work closely with our design team to ensure client satisfaction and meet deadlines.
- Enter sales orders and manage client accounts in our CRM system.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote our products and services.
- Other sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in promotional product sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation:
