  • Monitor the team's sales activities, track individual and collective performance, and provide ongoing coaching to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth in the health insurance sector.
  • Ensure that the sales team operates within regulatory guidelines, adheres to company policies, and maintains the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team of agents
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with both consumers and co-workers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment
  • Must have experience with scheduling and workforce management
