Position Overview

Role: Escort Support Personnel Assistant

As an Escort Support Personnel Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing escort services and exceptional customer support to visitors and guests, contributing to the mission of the Office of Military Commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the designated site well in advance to prepare the environment for court proceedings, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to verify credentials of victims and family members prior to their entry into the viewing area.
  • Maintain site security by performing necessary security measures, including operating magnetometers or conducting manual checks on attendees.
  • Enforce compliance with established rules regarding the prohibition of recording devices in the viewing area.
  • Report any violations to the designated Government Representative and coordinate with security for any disturbances.
  • Work with the Government Representative and installation staff in case of extended court hours.
  • Complete all required training as per company and client policies.
  • Document work hours daily in the corporate system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license is mandatory.
  • Interim Secret clearance is required, with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Availability for on-call duties.
  • Proficient in various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to attend all necessary in-person meetings and conferences.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong integrity and accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Capability to maintain a Secret clearance throughout the contract duration.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
