  • Inform members and guests about upcoming events
  • Create a friendly and inviting environment for all
  • Address member inquiries or escalate issues to management as needed
  • Market and sell retail offerings
  • Coordinate member services such as tanning appointments
  • Process payments for member services in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of club amenities, services, and schedules
  • Keep the workspace tidy and organized
  • Assist with various projects as directed by management
  • Comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities

Meetings and Training:

  • Attend regular departmental meetings
  • Engage in employee training sessions
