Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Executive is tasked with strategizing and executing outreach initiatives aimed at informing local healthcare professionals, including physicians and hospital staff, about the advantages of Stratus's EEG and EKG solutions. This role is crucial for enhancing the Stratus brand within the designated region, optimizing patient referrals, and meeting established sales objectives. All activities must align with Stratus's ethical standards and compliance culture.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare providers to educate them on Stratus services, driving referrals and revenue.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients, including physicians and hospital administrators, to identify opportunities for patient care enhancement.
  • Perform market analysis to uncover new prospects and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to comprehend client needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Exhibit extensive product knowledge to effectively engage with clients.
  • Understand the clinical advantages of Stratus EEG services.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to relevant Stratus teams for operational improvements and product innovation.
  • Document all activities using the designated CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Master medical terminology and sales techniques to conduct effective meetings with healthcare professionals.
  • Stay updated with Stratus communications through various digital platforms.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations and Stratus's confidentiality policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Relevant experience in sales, business administration, or a related healthcare field is necessary.
  • Experience in the Neurology/Epilepsy sector is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales or business development within a healthcare environment is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Strong network of relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly in neurology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, physicians, and healthcare administrators.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes, including billing and coding.
  • Experience working within complex healthcare environments.
  • Willingness to travel for training and meetings as required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Frequent walking and standing.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Visual acuity for both near and far distances.
  • Capability to travel as necessary.
