About the Role

Magnolia Medical Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Commercial Sales team in the Mid Atlantic region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business and expand existing accounts
  • Lead a team of Sales Executives, Directors, and Territory Account Managers to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends and industry needs to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
  • 8+ years of sales experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, with a focus on hiring and growing sales teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to travel extensively (up to 75% of time)
  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent experience
