Position Overview

The Regional Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving retail sales performance and managing budgetary allocations within a designated area. This position serves as a brand representative, fostering growth and development of the Anastasia Beverly Hills brand in collaboration with retail teams. The focus is on cultivating strong partnerships that enhance retail sales and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Achievement: Accountable for meeting retail sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Budget Management: Oversee all budgetary expenditures related to the territory, including freelance and travel costs.
  • KPI Attainment: Work towards achieving defined Key Performance Indicators set by the organization.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to retail staff on all Anastasia Beverly Hills products and services.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular meetings with key retail management to negotiate brand visibility and strategize for sales growth.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute new product introductions and corporate initiatives to maximize retail performance.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage in-store events to drive sales in key locations.
  • Staff Recruitment: In select areas, responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring freelance and licensed professionals.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to service techniques and compliance with state regulations.
  • Merchandising Standards: Maintain optimal visual merchandising to enhance product visibility and accessibility.
  • Inventory Management: Address inventory issues promptly to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with retail personnel and Anastasia Beverly Hills team members.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitive trends and adjust strategies accordingly to improve market positioning.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete all required reporting in a timely manner.
  • Professional Appearance: Adhere to company dress code while reflecting current beauty trends.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in cosmetics retail with strong artistry skills.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic perspective.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • A valid state-issued esthetics or cosmetology license is necessary for U.S. positions.
