About the Role

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in the Atlanta/Charleston SC region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
