Role Responsibilities:

Chadwell Supply is a thriving family-owned maintenance supply enterprise with 28 locations across the country. We are currently in search of a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Territory Sales Manager.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, management, and colleagues.

Your Impact:

  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Distribute various sales and marketing materials, including product catalogs, sales flyers, corporate brochures, and data sheets.
  • Prepare tailored presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual clients and groups as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers and associates.
  • Conduct visits and calls to multiple clients and prospects daily.
  • Organize and follow a daily, weekly, and monthly call schedule for current and potential clients.
  • Identify sales opportunities and prioritize outreach to assigned accounts.
  • Quickly address and resolve customer issues and concerns using company-approved methods.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable Department in collecting overdue payments by gathering necessary information and executing assigned tasks.
  • Gather strategic customer and competitor insights ethically to enhance sales penetration and improve client relations.
  • Utilize various company sales reports to support and drive sales growth.
  • Provide or assist in training new and existing team members.
