Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Executive to join our team at Labor Staffing Inc. This position is centered on building and maintaining relationships with insurance firms across the Southeastern United States. The primary objective is to advocate for and secure endorsements for our specialized textile restoration offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a strategic approach to achieve company goals and objectives within the designated region.
  • Identify and connect with key stakeholders at insurance companies to assess their requirements and promote our services.
  • Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Inform insurance partners about the advantages and features of our textile restoration solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide consistent updates and reports regarding sales activities, progress, and obstacles.
  • Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the insurance or restoration sectors.
  • Proven success in meeting or surpassing sales targets and objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeastern United States as necessary.
  • Self-driven with a proactive and determined approach to sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
