Your Responsibilities:


As the Program Coordinator, you will oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations, objectives, timelines, and financial parameters.


Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all client specifications and timelines are adhered to.
  • Collaborating with sales and estimating teams to formulate project plans, scopes, and schedules.
  • Evaluating engineering designs to confirm appropriate equipment selections and budgeting.
  • Guiding the project team in producing comprehensive documentation and drawings.
  • Facilitating kickoff meetings to ensure all project specifications are accurately captured.
  • Maintaining project records and documentation using various software tools.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on project progress and budget adherence.
  • Managing invoicing processes and ensuring accurate billing practices.
  • Engaging with clients to provide updates and address inquiries.
  • Conducting onsite meetings with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project management or related fields.
  • Certifications: PMP or similar credentials preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with diverse teams.
  • Leadership Qualities: Results-driven, innovative, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Work Ethic: Strong accountability and a commitment to quality.

Additional Information:


Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with performance bonuses.

Reports To: Operations Manager


Work Schedule: Standard business hours with some flexibility.


Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be necessary for project oversight.


Work Environment: Office-based with potential site visits.
