About the Role

As a key member of the Johnson Controls International team, the Customer Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global business. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations, including inventory management and parts ordering.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of two to five years of industry experience managing or supporting operations teams and/or scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
  • Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
  • Proficient computer skills within the following applications: Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet business application usage.
