Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Salary Range: $38,000 - $40,000, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities
Execute all tasks in alignment with the National Youth Advocate Program's mission, values, and principles. Develop, assess, and enhance administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Organize annual conferences, regional meetings, training sessions, workshops, and other public relations events as required. Input all program data into computer systems, maintain databases, and update records as necessary. Generate quarterly and annual reports detailing all children served by the agency. Provide training and oversight to area office specialists and other administrative personnel as needed. Ensure appropriate documentation for the payment of all agency-related expenses and maintain a log of agency bills and expenditures as required. Attend meetings, record, and distribute meeting minutes as directed by the Director. Ensure the office is stocked with essential supplies and that all equipment is functioning properly. Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions. Oversee special projects and monitor progress towards organizational goals.Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college education preferred. Previous experience and proficiency in using various office equipment, including computers. Basic bookkeeping skills and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Competent use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, fax machines, and photocopiers, as well as software for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.Additional Skills
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Awareness and sensitivity to cultural diversity. Motivated self-starter. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
