Position Overview:

Benchmark Human Services, a leader in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health, is dedicated to empowering individuals and enhancing their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Coordinator, you will:

  • Ensure high standards of quality, health, and safety in client-centered services.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train staff to effectively support individuals in our programs.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations while promoting community involvement for those we serve.
  • Develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and assist in creating comprehensive Plans of Care.
  • Coordinate services among Benchmark and external providers to meet client needs.
  • Provide direct support and emergency coverage as necessary.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and oversight of Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client information and service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison with external case managers, families, and other agencies.
  • Uphold all health and safety standards for individuals in our care.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, along with one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, or five years of relevant experience.
  • Management experience in a similar setting.
  • A valid driver's license.
