Sales Analyst - Global Revenue Planning

About the Role

Nexteer is seeking a pivotal contributor to our global sales team. This role involves comprehensive analysis and reporting of sales performance to support the VP of Sales, Global Customer Teams, and Product Teams, thereby facilitating Nexteer's growth and operational success.


Key Responsibilities

Global Volume Analysis:
Generate volume recommendations for all global business cases and manage the Volume Recommendation Decision Tree; prepare monthly Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) volume reports and insights.

Global Pricing Analysis:
Aggregate and report on global pricing and customer recovery on a monthly basis; assist in the Annual Budget and Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP) pricing process.

Sales KPI Reporting:
Coordinate monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scorecard reporting; develop a Sales KPI Dashboard utilizing IT solutions.

Strategic Planning:
Create a process for monthly revenue plan updates for Product Line and Customer reporting; aid in the coordination of the annual Budget and LRFP Revenue Planning process; support Sales and Divisional Strategy initiatives.

Investor Relations:
Contribute to quarterly updates for investor calls, including Bookings, Program Launches, Volume, and Revenue Analysis.

Sales System Process Support:
Collaborate with the Global Business System Subject Matter Expert (SME) to maintain sales projects within the Sales Business System (SBS), promote projects, and update forecasted volumes and commodity expectations.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the automotive industry; 2 years in financial analysis or related business experience.

Analytical Skills: High proficiency in addressing complex problems and interpreting large datasets.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to facilitate effective cross-functional and cross-cultural communication, both written and verbal.

Relationships: Proven ability to cultivate and sustain robust internal business relationships.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Nexteer's products and manufacturing processes is advantageous.

Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI).

Character: Accountable, diligent, results-oriented, self-motivated, and pleasant to collaborate with.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (required); Major in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Alternate Bachelor-level degrees combined with significant related sales experience will be considered; Master’s Degree (preferred).
