Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass the sales targets for the designated territory and fulfill essential performance metrics.
- Conduct impactful sales interactions with Eye Care Practitioners.
- Formulate strategic business plans for high-volume clientele.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of product technicalities and clinical applications.
- Leverage CRM tools to keep precise customer records.
- Comply with AdvaMed Guidelines in all sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, teamwork capabilities, and effective workload management.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial contexts.
- Physical capability to fulfill all job responsibilities.
