Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to position AdvisaCare as a leading provider of home health and hospice services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including referrals and partnerships.
  • Prepare and present business plans and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.).
  • Proven track record of sales success in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of physician, hospital, case management, and discharge planning service needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the healthcare delivery team.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings, with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Strong existing relationships with referral partners in the service area, preferred.
  • Positive attitude, with strong customer service skills.
