Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass the sales targets and critical performance indicators for the designated territory.
  • Conduct impactful sales interactions with Eye Care Practitioners.
  • Formulate strategic business plans for high-volume clientele.
  • Exhibit in-depth technical expertise and clinical understanding of our product range.
  • Leverage CRM tools to ensure precise customer data management.
  • Comply with AdvaMed Guidelines in all business dealings.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and effective workload management.
  • Strong capability in financial analysis.
  • Physically capable of fulfilling all job responsibilities.
