Corporate Recruiter

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to understand hiring needs across all departments and Regional offices.
  • Develop a pipeline of talent for frequently filled positions.
  • Work with Department and Regional office leaders to identify resources for staffing needs.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Participate in key projects that enhance internal recruitment process, focusing on immediate and future needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience with SilkRoad Technology, or other applicable applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
