Washington, Washington, D.C., United States CINQCARE Full time
Job Overview

About CINQCARE

CINQCARE is a community-focused, provider-led organization dedicated to enhancing health and wellness for those in need. Our mission is to eliminate barriers to health and well-being, delivering care as close to home as possible, including in-home services.

We recognize the significance of race and culture in achieving effective healthcare outcomes. This understanding shapes our approach to care delivery, as we strive to build a culture centered around our patients, their needs, and their individualized care plans.

Effective care involves local physicians, nurses, caregivers, and services that cater to the needs of individuals rather than merely addressing symptoms. Our commitment is to provide services in the home whenever feasible, aiming for improved outcomes for individuals and their communities.

CINQCARE is devoted to enhancing the health and well-being of marginalized populations, particularly Black and Brown communities, within their homes and neighborhoods. Achieving this goal requires a collaborative effort from all organizational levels to fulfill our mission. We aspire to create a world where health and care are not burdens, as we believe that providing care is a privilege we are honored to uphold.

Proficiency in various virtual interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and comfort with in-person interviews is essential. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other innovative sourcing tools for identifying quality candidates is required.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: CINQCARE is committed to addressing long-standing gaps in care delivery for Black and Brown populations. This role is crucial for attracting and retaining talent to ensure CINQCARE can fulfill its innovative mission.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; capacity to comprehend and convey job requirements across diverse roles; adeptness in presenting concepts clearly to team members, stakeholders, and partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • Relationship Management: Capability to establish and maintain effective relationships with business leaders and external partners.
  • Cultural Fit: Strong judgment, ethical standards, and a collaborative mindset; a desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruiter will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for executing the full lifecycle of recruiting activities for designated roles. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to contribute your expertise while advancing your career at CINQCARE.
