The Director of Talent Acquisition will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and will oversee all recruitment personnel, including corporate and campus recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide recruitment teams in identifying and attracting high-caliber talent.
  • Enhance recruitment processes and systems to ensure efficiency and adherence to regulations.
  • Work closely with business partners to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts and collaborate with the DEI Manager.
  • Establish metrics to assess recruitment performance and drive enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to EEO/OFCCP regulations.
  • Supervise campus recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation and utilization of Workday ATS.
  • Manage the recruitment budget and vendor partnerships.
  • Foster team development, set performance goals, and support professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with over 12 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of campus recruitment and innovative strategies for attracting early talent.
  • Preferred background in management consulting or professional services.
  • International recruitment experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in analyzing recruitment data and trends.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO regulations.
  • Experience with Workday, Jobvite, or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Exceptional planning, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
