Spectrum Staffing Group is collaborating with a prestigious global firm in search of a Director of Talent Acquisition to spearhead and refine its comprehensive recruitment strategy. This pivotal role guarantees streamlined and effective hiring processes, exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates, and enhanced diversity initiatives. The Director of Talent Acquisition will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and oversee all recruiting personnel, including corporate and campus recruitment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Guide recruitment teams in sourcing and attracting high-caliber talent.
  • Enhance recruitment workflows and systems to ensure efficiency and adherence to regulations.
  • Engage with business partners to fulfill hiring objectives.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in collaboration with the DEI Manager.
  • Establish metrics to assess recruitment efforts and foster continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to EEO/OFCCP regulations.
  • Oversee strategies and initiatives for campus recruitment.
  • Lead the implementation and utilization of Workday ATS.
  • Manage the recruitment budget and vendor partnerships.
  • Facilitate team development, set performance goals, and promote career advancement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with over 12 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of campus recruitment and innovative strategies for attracting early talent.
  • Preferred background in management consulting or professional services.
  • Experience in international recruitment is advantageous.
  • Proficient in analyzing recruitment data and identifying trends.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO compliance.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Jobvite, or comparable ATS.
  • Exceptional planning, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
