Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, whether in an agency or corporate setting. Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant Talent Acquisition experience within the healthcare sector. Familiarity with various virtual interview platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and comfort with in-person interviews is essential. Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and other innovative sourcing tools to identify quality candidates is required.

Proficiency in presenting concepts clearly to CINQCARE's team, stakeholders, and partners is necessary. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications are also required.

Role Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle for designated roles within our organization. The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist include:

  • Identifying and sourcing highly qualified candidates across various levels.
  • Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the best candidates are presented to the team.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop effective hiring strategies tailored to our needs.
  • Staying informed about industry trends to evaluate candidates against established standards.
  • Generating new leads and expanding the talent network.
  • Engaging with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and attract top professionals.
  • Customizing recruitment approaches to foster a diverse workforce by hiring individuals from varied backgrounds and experiences.
  • Building connections within the community to enhance local talent acquisition efforts.
  • Participating in relevant events such as job fairs and networking seminars to promote CINQCARE's brand and employment opportunities.
  • Coordinating the interview process, including conducting interviews with managers and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Performing additional job-related duties as assigned.

General Duties

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for:

  • Leadership: Assisting in defining and implementing strategies that create business value through effective talent acquisition.
  • Collaboration: Ensuring alignment between talent acquisition and business strategy by working closely with various divisions to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Expertise: Providing insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies, solution deployment, and performance evaluation.
  • Culture Building: Fostering a productive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment for the team and the broader organization.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily office-based, conducted in a traditional office setting with controlled air and artificial lighting. Regular use of telecommunication and email for communication is necessary. The role may require extended periods of sitting and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Proficiency in using common office equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, and fax machines is expected. Strong reasoning abilities are important for understanding and utilizing management reports and other business documents.
