Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for delivering full life cycle recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal resources to lead full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, generating leads, identifying, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment and outreach strategies to attract top talent.
  • Search for and leverage various recruiting avenues to expand networks and outreach.
  • Proactively identify new and innovative sourcing strategies to fill project openings.
  • Leverage social media networks to advertise and connect with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical experts and a pipeline of strategic talent.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct reference checks and complete biodatas for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize candidate selections.
  • Track data on recruitment efforts and improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with prior experience working in a fast-paced environment recruiting technical experts.
  • Strong networking, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven communication and networking skills, including professional phone manner and ability to handle cold calling assignments.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO regulations, standard HR practices, and procedures.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and senior management.
  • Metrics-oriented, analytical thinker who can analyze, interpret, present, and act upon data.
