Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Manager role will possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of six (6) years in healthcare talent acquisition is preferred, including at least three (3) years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, closing complex roles, negotiating compensation packages, and developing a sustainable talent acquisition strategy is essential. Familiarity with current market trends and competitive data is required. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Leadership Skills: At least two (2) years of experience in supervising a Talent Acquisition team, including goal setting, process creation, and ensuring results.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A commitment to addressing longstanding gaps in care delivery for Black and Brown populations, ensuring that CINQCARE has the right team to fulfill this mission.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to present ideas effectively. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage time efficiently under pressure are essential.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to cultivate and manage relationships with business leaders and external partners.
  • Company Culture Fit: Strong ethical judgment, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Position Responsibilities

Based in our headquarters, the Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the VP of Human Resources and will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for a diverse group of affiliated healthcare organizations. The role requires embodying CINQCARE's core values: Trust, Empathy, Commitment, Humility, Creativity, and Community Orientation.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be tasked with:

  • Designing and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy that enhances CINQCARE's Employer Brand and improves the candidate experience.
  • Overseeing all facets of talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and retaining high-quality candidates.
  • Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to internal leaders, driving initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Implementing diversity recruitment strategies to attract a varied workforce.
  • Developing and executing recruitment marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Identifying innovative sourcing tools and techniques to build talent pipelines.
  • Enhancing the candidate experience through automation and process improvements.
  • Building community connections to strengthen local talent acquisition efforts.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Coordinating the interview process and collaborating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and recruitment metrics.
  • Performing additional job-related duties as required.

Work Environment

This position requires on-site work in a traditional office setting, characterized by a collaborative atmosphere. The role involves regular communication with various stakeholders and may require occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
