Job Summary

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can oversee the assessment and vetting of incoming technicians, scientists, analysts, and engineers. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll guide our team in building a culture that values ethics, innovation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform talent acquisition decisions
