Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Manager role should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of six (6) years in healthcare talent acquisition is preferred, including at least three (3) years of full-cycle recruitment experience. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in high-volume recruitment, closing complex roles, negotiating compensation packages, and developing innovative talent acquisition strategies. Familiarity with current market trends and competitive analysis is essential. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Leadership Skills: At least two (2) years of experience supervising a Talent Acquisition team, including goal setting, process creation, and results tracking.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: The candidate should be committed to addressing long-standing gaps in care delivery for Black and Brown populations, ensuring that CINQCARE has the right team to fulfill this mission.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for confident presentations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure are crucial.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to cultivate and manage relationships with business leaders and external partners.

Role Responsibilities

Based in our headquarters, the Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the VP of Human Resources and will be responsible for crafting and executing talent acquisition strategies for a diverse group of affiliated healthcare organizations. The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager include:

  • Designing and implementing a robust Talent Acquisition strategy for CINQCARE, enhancing the Employer Brand through targeted branding initiatives and improving the candidate experience.
  • Overseeing all facets of talent acquisition, from sourcing and recruiting to hiring and retaining top talent.
  • Leading a team of 1-3 Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business growth and executing initiatives that support organizational objectives.
  • Developing diversity recruitment strategies to foster a varied workforce by attracting candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Managing recruitment marketing efforts, utilizing various channels to build a pipeline of skilled talent.
  • Identifying and recommending innovative sourcing tools and techniques to engage both passive and active candidates.
  • Enhancing the candidate experience and seeking opportunities for process automation and improvement.
  • Building community connections to strengthen local talent acquisition efforts.
