Key Responsibilities

Corporate Recruiter
Consigli Construction Co., Inc.

We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Recruiter to join our team at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with providing talent acquisition solutions and market insight to meet business growth plans and drive key results;
  • Develop a pipeline of talent for frequently filled positions;
  • Work with Department and Regional office leaders to identify resources for staffing needs;
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience while managing the full recruitment lifecycle;
  • Participate in key projects that enhance internal recruitment process, focusing on immediate and long-term needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field;
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once;
  • Experience with SilkRoad Technology, or other applicable applicant tracking systems;
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
